All equipment is hired out under the 2011 CPA Model Conditions without exception, these terms and conditions are in addition and do not replace the CPA 2011 model conditions, a copy can be found
A non refundable £100 per day booking deposit will be requested for all new hires, the £1000 deposit payment will be taken by pre-authorisation, please note you will be liable for the first £1000 of any damage to the platform, on a week hire we will require the deposit and the first weeks hire in advance
The hirer may be responsible for all fuel, oil, grease, and day to day maintenance while the hired equipment is in their possession (ask for more details).
The hirer is responsible for making sure the hired equipment is secure, especially when unattended.
The cost of delivery and collection (if available) will be added to the final invoice, cost is dependant on distance.
It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the hired equipment will be returned in a clean and undamaged state or a cleaning charge will be applied.
It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the hired equipment will be suitable for the job required including accessibility, ground conditions etc, as there will be no refund.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to notify us of any cancellation for what ever reason, before 1pm of the day before hire. Failing this all charges agreed will be payable in full.
We reserve the right to charge £100 for cleaning if the equipment is returned dirty, we request that if it has been used on a site or tree work its jet washed
